As promised, the skills update has happened. There really wasn’t much to update as AuraSkills is actually pretty comprehensive by itself. Otherwise, here’s a wall of text about it. AuraSkills has 11 default skills, farming, foraging, mining, etc. You earn XP for performing actions in the game that correspond with the skill. As you level up, you earn points in various stats like strength, health, luck, wisdom, etc. These stats make you stronger and more easily able to take on the threats of the wild. Every skill has passive abilities that can increase the amount of items you get from mining or give you bonus items that you wouldn’t normally get, among other things. Every skill also has active abilities that let you mine blocks faster or chop down entire trees at once, among others.

My job is to make sure that the rewards that you get for the skills are appropriate and that you feel like you’re getting what your time is worth. I will continue to update and balance these skills accordingly to make sure that the content we engage with later is challenging and is also, as always, worth your time.

With that, the essential functions of the MMORPG element of the server are complete. You can level up your guilds progress, earning money for doing so. You can level up your person, making you strong enough to fight the challenges ahead. I would suggest doing so! You can create a faction, claim land for your empire, and build to your heart’s content. You can sit on STAIRS!

The rest of development this week will go towards creating quests for you to complete in the Frontierlands (the normal world). If you have any suggestions or ideas for things to add or do, feel free to let me know.
