Obviously, we want to try to be online and available to help out in-game as much as possible but, in the event that we cannot, I’ve created a ticket system within the Discord in the #new-ticket channel. There are a variety of tags to choose from when reporting an issue and I’d ask that you please choose the correct ones. The tags are as follows:
- General Support – For any general inquiries or help needed.
- Technical Issues – For reporting bugs or issues with the server (e.g., lag, crashes, glitches).
- Staff Assistance – For contacting server staff or moderators.
- Ban Appeals – For players appealing a ban or punishment.
- Rule Violations – For reporting rule-breaking or player misconduct.
- Donation Support – For questions related to donations, perks, or VIP ranks.
- Job/Quest Issues – For any issues or suggestions regarding in-game guilds or quests.
- Plugin Suggestions – For players to suggest new plugins or server features.
- Voting Rewards – For reporting issues with voting rewards not being received.
- Grief Reports – For players reporting griefing incidents.
- Lost Items – For assistance in recovering lost or glitched items.
- Event Support – For questions or issues related to server events.
Use this system to report issues you find in the game, assistance you may need, etc. Remember, bug fixes are rewarded with diamonds. Get after it.
