Greetings Frontierlanders,
Welcome to the February update for ValoraCraft. As promised the server remains functional and ready to receive players, with the exception of a few hours of downtime.
Speaking of new content, I have been consistently working on the buildings of the Dragon Isles and making them unique to the area in their services and wares. I just have some screenshots that I’ll share with you this month but hopefully sometime this spring we’ll all be able to go to the Dragon Isles together!
First up is the dojo, mastered by Sensei Haruto. Inside are a few training dummies that you can actually kill. They respawn instantly and will always return to their spots, even if your weapons have knockback. This is a great way to test new abilities and skills.
Master Kenta is the blacksmith of the Dragon Isles and will offer you ways to upgrade your diamond gear into netherite by completing quests, as well as reward you with Valor Coins, crowns, and more.
Doctor Drake is your one stop shop for getting your first dragon. He will allow you to choose from the various dragon eggs and teach you how to use it. Hundo is your guy for training and will show you the ropes.
One of the largest buildings offers your selection of factions to do quests for. Each faction has a different set of gear to reward you with with varying levels of enchantments.
Father Kiroto offers healing to players that need it (will become /warp heal at a later date) and quests to complete for more rewards.
There’s more where that came from with the Dragon Isles like the Inn where you can set your home and the shore entrance into the Badlands but I’ve still got a long way to go before I’m ready to launch this area.
