Date: Year 0

Participants:

  • Altharion – Creator of Valora

Cause: After witnessing the collapse of many civilizations due to greed, pride, and fear, Altharion aimed to build a world that balanced these traits and corrected the flaws of his earlier creations.

Story: Weary from his long journey and haunted by the growing corruption that followed him, Altharion arrived in an uninhabited corner of the universe. Determined to avoid past mistakes, he poured his remaining divine essence into creating Valora, shaping the land, seas, mountains, and skies with balance and harmony. The world was a reflection of Altharion’s desire for perfection, a place where life could thrive in harmony, free from the destructive forces that had undone his previous creations.

Altharion also created the first inhabitants of Valora—beings designed to be free from the flaws that had led to the collapse of previous civilizations. These people were imbued with an intrinsic connection to the land, ensuring that they would nurture and protect it. As the final safeguard, Altharion chose three founding families—Goldheart, Crimsonclaw, and Silverwater—and empowered them with the virtues of justice, strength, and wisdom, entrusting them with the realm’s balance.

Outcome: Valora became Altharion’s most successful creation, a world built on balance and purity. This marked the beginning of the Golden Age, a time of peace and prosperity. However, the lingering corruption that followed Altharion continued to grow, setting the stage for future threats to Valora’s peace.
