Flamehearts

Deity Worshipped:
Volkris, God of fire, magma, and destruction.

Overview:
The Flamehearts are a zealous order devoted to Volkris, the Molten Lord. They believe fire is both the ultimate creator and destroyer, and that through embracing destruction, they can bring about a new world forged in flame. The Flamehearts revere volcanic eruptions as sacred events and seek to expand the influence of Volkris by burning down civilizations and converting others to the worship of the flame.

Leadership:
The Lava Shamans lead the Flamehearts. These powerful fire-wielders can summon magma from the earth and call forth devastating volcanic eruptions. They are seen as the direct voice of Volkris and guide their followers in rituals of fiery destruction.

Beliefs:
The Flamehearts believe that the world is meant to be purified by fire, and only through destruction can true creation occur. They view Volkris as a force of divine will, destined to reshape the world in molten fire. For them, fire is both the ultimate weapon and a holy tool of rebirth, capable of both cleansing and annihilating.

Practices:
Flamehearts frequently conduct Rites of Flame, in which they burn entire villages or lands as offerings to Volkris. They see volcanic eruptions as divine blessings, often conducting rituals to summon eruptions or to tap into the destructive force of magma to wield in battle. They also practice self-immolation rites, where the most devoted allow themselves to be engulfed in flames, symbolizing their loyalty to Volkris.

Hostile Behavior:
The Flamehearts are known for their aggressive and destructive tendencies, launching fiery raids on towns and settlements. They use fire and molten magic to burn everything in their path, and they prefer overwhelming their enemies with waves of heat and flames. They are especially dangerous in volcanic regions, where they can tap into the natural power of the earth.

Common Locations:
The Flamehearts are primarily found on the Ashen Isle, a volcanic land governed by the wrath of Volkris. They also inhabit other volcanic regions and can sometimes be found in ash-covered strongholds or near active volcanoes, where they commune with their god.

Appearance:
Flamehearts are often adorned with scorched armor and fireproof robes, marked with the sigils of flame. Their skin often bears burns or scorch marks, seen as signs of devotion to Volkris. Some of the most devout have glowing embers for eyes, a reflection of the fire that burns within them.

Equipment:
Flamehearts wield weapons forged in volcanic forges, such as flaming swords, magma hammers, and fire-infused staves. They also carry Molten Charms, which can unleash bursts of fire or summon volcanic rocks to rain down on enemies.

Weaknesses:
While they are devastating in volcanic environments, the Flamehearts are highly vulnerable to water and cold climates. Their fire magic weakens in colder regions, and large bodies of water can extinguish their flames and neutralize their attacks.
