Overview: In 750 VT, Zaroth the Shadowed was fully awakened when Vorthar Crimsonclaw’s rise to power and the forging of the Triple Crown allowed the corruption to spread across Valora. This marked the beginning of the Shadowed Age, a period of chaos and tyranny under Vorthar’s reign, fueled by Zaroth’s dark influence.

Story:
Following the Forging of the Triple Crown, Vorthar Crimsonclaw emerged as a ruthless ruler, driven by his desire for absolute power. But what he didn’t realize was that the crown, now infused with the trapped divine energy of Altharion and the overwhelming corruption of Zaroth, had made him a puppet of the Shadowed God. As Zaroth awakened, the dark energy spread across Valora, corrupting the land and deepening the divisions among the great families.

The people of Valora experienced fear, chaos, and destruction. Corrupted forces, driven by Zaroth, plagued the land, while Vorthar’s reign of terror enforced submission through violence and fear. What once was a stable and prosperous world began to unravel as the forces of darkness, long lying dormant, were now in control. Zaroth, while still hidden in the shadows, fed off the chaos Vorthar had unleashed, growing stronger with every act of violence and terror.


Outcome: Zaroth the Shadowed‘s awakening ushered in the Shadowed Age, a time of darkness and despair.
